Contraption Homage Memorial Print

Since the chances of someone having the space to house the five metre wide Homage to Contraption piece is very slim indeed it’s likely to end up in my attic when it comes down in a couple of months. So I was thinking it’d be nice to have something more substantial that people could feasibly own. (And, if I’m honest, it’d be nice to claw back some of the money I spent on all those prints and gaffer tape…)

This is a montage of four TTV photos of the piece.

I’m planning to make it available as a 20×8 inch print with a custom, removable gaffer-tape mount, certificate, the essay and probably some other bits. I’ll sign and limit them to 10 copies and sell for £50 each.

Right now I need to know if people might buy this. I don’t need cash up front or any commitment, just an expression of interest. Feel free to use the comments, Twitter or email.

Why not put it on E-Bay. Done right you’ll get an
incoming link from a highly ranked site.

    Also consider Saatchi online.

About

Art-Pete is the blog of Pete Ashton when he's thinking about art. It primarily contains photos and videos of work he's completed in this quest. The majority of his writing occurs on his main blog.

Through 2010 this blog was the home of TTV Pete where I talked about and sold my Through The Viewfinder photos. That stuff is still in the archives but I've moved on. Through 2011 this blog was a little confused but I think I've figured it out now.
